Biography

Ana Cazeneuve is an Associate Attorney in the Family Law department at JKZ LLP. Her practice focuses on all aspects of family law including dissolution of marriage and domestic partnerships, child and spousal support, child custody and visitation, property division, and domestic violence. She also has extensive experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing premarital and post-nuptial agreements.

Ana believes strongly in working collaboratively with clients and attorneys to reach settlement and strives to minimize conflict whenever possible. However, she understands that the nature of family law can often lead to unavoidable conflict, and she is a strong advocate in litigation.

Ana also leverages her international experience to assist clients with complicated cross-border issues including foreign-owned assets and move-away cases. She is fluent in Spanish and French and can assist clients in their native language. Ana assists clients in the Bay Area and in San Diego.

In addition to her practice, Ana serves on the Board of Directors of a local non-profit, First Graduate, which helps first generation San Francisco students attend and graduate from college.

Ana received her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and her B.A. in History and French from the University of Pennsylvania.

Ana was born in Mexico City and grew up in San Diego. After graduating law school, she lived in Paris, France for ten years, where she worked as a legal translator and interpreter and a linguistic consultant in the finance sector.

Ana enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and listening to podcasts.
