With over a decade of experience in trusts and estates, Nick has held roles in both private practice and at financial institutions serving as corporate trustee. His background includes representing trustees and beneficiaries in trust administration, probate matters, and complex fiduciary issues.

Nick holds an LL.M. in Taxation and a J.D. with a Certificate of Specialization in Taxation Law (with distinction) from Golden Gate University School of Law, where he received multiple academic honors. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from University of California, Berkeley, and is a member of the State Bar of California.
