Robert Hernandez, Jr.

Robert Hernandez is an Associate Attorney in the Trusts & Estates Litigation Department at JKZ LLP. Robert has extensive experience handling both litigation and administration matters in trust and probate cases.

In 2024, Robert served as the Staff Attorney for the San Francisco Superior Court’s Probate Department, working closely with Hon. Ross C. Moody and Hon. Stephen M. Murphy on law and motion matters and conducting ex parte hearings.

Robert earned his B.A. in Criminology, Law & Society from the University of California, Irvine in 2016. He earned his J.D. from the University of California College of the Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) in 2020. While in law school, Robert received awards for his legal writing and oral advocacy.

Robert is a member of the California Lawyers Association’s Trusts & Estates and Litigation sections, the Bar Associations of San Francisco, Marin County, Alameda County, San Mateo County, the East Bay Trusts and Estates Lawyers, and the San Francisco La Raza Lawyers Association.
