Ann K. Kavanagh

Ann K. Kavanagh is a Senior Attorney in the Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration departments of Johnston, Kinney & Zulaica LLP. Ann has extensive experience in estate planning, trust administration, probate administration, beneficiary representation, and related tax issues. Her practice focuses on comprehensive, tax-sensitive estate plans, wealth transfer strategies, and methods of charitable giving. She handles complex trust and probate administrations and represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in contentious trust administration and probate matters.

Ann has been a featured speaker at continuing education seminars on a variety of estate planning and tax topics. She holds a B.S. in Business Management; a J.D.; an LL.M. in Tax from Golden Gate University; and an LL.M. in Trust and Probate Law from Golden Gate University.

Ann currently lives in the Bay Area with her dogs, cats, and horses.
