Ann K. Kavanagh

Ann K. Kavanagh is a Senior Attorney at JKZ LLP. Ann started in the Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration departments, and now works in the Trusts & Estates Litigation department. Ann has extensive experience with probate and trust litigation matters, estate planning, trust administration, probate administration, beneficiary representation, and related tax issues, and provides expert witness services in these areas. Her practice currently focuses on complex litigation of trust and probate matters representing fiduciaries and beneficiaries.

Ann is a California State Bar certified specialist in both Taxation Law and Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law, and has been a featured speaker at continuing education seminars on a variety of estate planning and tax topics. She holds a B.S. in Business Management; a J.D.; an L.L.M. in Tax from Golden Gate University; and an L.L.M. in Trust and Probate Law from Golden Gate University.

Ann currently lives in the Bay Area with her dogs, cats, and horses.
