Biography
Marlene is the Director of Finance & Client Services at Johnston, Kinney & Zulaica LLP. Marlene has more than 15 years’ experience in Business and Corporate Finance, including six years at a law firm. Marlene’s primary responsibilities are accounting and cash flow management, budgeting, financial reporting, billing, business and strategic planning, and client and service management. She is passionate about business innovation and finding ways to creatively improve business processes using data analytics.
Marlene holds a B.A. in Accounting and a B.A. in International Business from the Banking and Commercial School “Escuela Bancaria y Comercial,” in Mexico City. She received a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) and a Master’s in Disruptive Innovation (MDI) from Hult International Business School.
Marlene was born and raised in Mexico City and has lived in four countries. She currently lives in Alameda and loves spending time in San Francisco on weekends with her friends.
