Biography
Azita is a trusts & estates litigation attorney. She specializes in trust contests, beneficiary/trustee disputes, trustee removal, breach of fiduciary duty claims, financial elder abuse, fraud, undue influence claims, and trust/probate administration.
Azita obtained her law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law while working full-time as a paralegal at an AmLaw 100 firm catering to high-net-worth clients.
Azita graduated from law school with a certificate of specialization in litigation. While in law school she obtained a Witkins Award of Excellence in Legal Ethics in Criminal Law and Appellate Advocacy. She also obtained Cali Awards in Contracts, Criminal Law, and Dispute Resolution. During law school, she participated in Moot Court and the Mock National Trial Advocacy team, placing 1st in the 2018 competition.
She is a member of the San Francisco Bar Association and a diversity committee member. She is also a member of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers and the California Lawyer's Association. Azita has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Northern California Rising Star for 2024 and 2025.
In her spare time, Azita likes to hike and spend time with her family and dog Hazel.
